Tuition & Fees

The rates below are for the 2025-2026 school year. Rates are updated at the end of each school year.

There are several levels of tuition costs associated with each program at The Monarch School. Tuition is based on the level of support required for each individual learner. The starting tuition level for each new learner is determined upon completion of the admissions process.

 

Caterpillar Center: $18,936 up to $66,950

Chrysalis Program: $48,504 up to $57,016

Bridge Program: $44,676

Butterfly Program: $37,040 up to $58,196

Monarch Life - Elementary: $60,811

Monarch Life - Secondary: $57,024

EMERGE Life 18+: $35,000

EMERGE: $10,453 up to $24,782

Residential Program: $41,241 up to $47,138

Please Note: Except for the Caterpillar Center, prices do not include fees for 1:1 support staff, if required.

Tuition Does Not Include:

  • Music therapy (group or individual, except Chrysalis Program)

  • Training center workshops (fee reduced for Monarch parents)

  • Diagnostic services

  • Summer educational program is included in certain contracts but may be added.

  • Home consultations

  • Consultation for other community settings (schools, churches, scouts, etc.)

  • Therapy services (included at Chrysalis 2 tuition level only)

  • Camp For All or other special trips

  • Parties outside of the school day

  • Prom

Tuition Includes:

  • Instructional supplies and books

  • Technology fees

  • Activity fees

  • School pictures

  • Local field trip transportation and fees

  • Yearbook

  • Parent education

  • Other necessary services and materials

Residential tuition differs from the above list.
